We are a local agency, and the people we work with are local too. Our customers are neighbors, small business owners and families across Independence and the wider Kansas City area.
Who we work with
Most of the households and businesses we help are within a short drive of the office: the contractor working across the metro, the shop that has been on the same block for years, the family buying their first home, the neighbor who has just turned 65 and has a stack of Medicare mail on the kitchen table.
Being local is part of how the work gets done. We know what a Missouri wind and hail deductible looks like on a real roof, and when you call about something, you are talking to someone who lives here too.
